a. Permitted Use:

  • You may use HawkGlide to manage and market your social media accounts, create banners, and schedule posts.

  • All content posted via HawkGlide must comply with applicable laws and social media platform policies.

b. Prohibited Use:

  • You may not use HawkGlide to:

    • Post or promote unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or obscene content.

    • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

    • Distribute spam, phishing attempts, or malicious software.

    • Manipulate social media metrics (e.g., fake likes, followers).

5. Content Ownership and Rights

  • User Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload or create using HawkGlide. By using our services, you grant HawkGlide a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, display, and post your approved content on your behalf.

  • Platform Content: All software, tools, and features provided by HawkGlide are the intellectual property of HawkGlide and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

6. Approval and Posting

  • HawkGlide will only post content that has been explicitly approved by you.

  • It is your responsibility to review content for accuracy and compliance before approval.

7. Fees and Payments

  • If applicable, you agree to pay all fees associated with HawkGlide’s premium services. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, HawkGlide shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid by you in the last 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HawkGlide harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the venue in Mumbai, India.
