After the free trial period, users may choose to subscribe to one of our paid plans. Please note:

  • All sales are final.

  • Payments made for HawkGlide’s subscription plans are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

    • Subscription fees for the current billing cycle.

    • Upgrades or add-ons purchased within your subscription.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to HawkGlide’s services until the billing period ends.


4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional situations:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription.

  • Service Error: If a significant and verifiable technical issue on our part prevented you from accessing the platform during your subscription.
